Grab your journal and your The LOTUS Within book (https://www.amazon.com/LOTUS-Within-Purpose-Ignite-Passion/dp/B0DDRDXB89 ). This week is Time Management Do’s and Don’ts.

Remember, the key to effective time management is finding a balance that works for you personally. It’s about aligning your daily activities with your goals and values to ensure a fulfilling and well-rounded life.

Do!

1. Define your short-term and long-term goals to stay focused.

2. Identify high-priority tasks and tackle them first.

3. Allocate specific time blocks for different activities.

4. Delegate tasks to others.

5. Schedule short breaks to recharge and stay productive.

6. Politely decline tasks that don’t align with your goals.

7. Utilize productivity apps and tools to streamline tasks.

8. Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to stay organized.

9. Group similar activities to minimize context-switching.

10. Regularly assess your time management strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Don’t!

1. Procrastinate.

2. Overcommit.

3. Multitask unnecessarily. Focus on one task at a time to increase efficiency.

4. Ignore self-care. Neglecting self-care can lead to burnout; make time for it.

5. Micromanage. Trust others to handle tasks without constant supervision.

6. Let distractions rule. Minimize interruptions and distractions.

7. Fail to set boundaries. Establish boundaries to protect your time.

8. Waste time on low-value activities. Be selective about how you spend your time.

9. Rush through tasks. Quality is often more important than speed.

10. Neglect personal growth. Allocate time for learning and self-improvement.

These guidelines can help women effectively manage their time and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Journal prompt:

Which ones resonate to you now and which ones do you want to improve on?
