Breaking your day into focused segments reduces overwhelm and creates a sense of control over your schedule. Prioritize high-energy tasks during peak performance hours and reserve less demanding activities for lower-energy times. Adjust your blocks as needed, but remain committed to maintaining structure.


Time blocking also helps establish boundaries. By scheduling dedicated time for personal and professional commitments, you minimize distractions and ensure that essential tasks receive the attention they deserve. This approach fosters a healthier work-life balance.
